Refund Policy

Refund handling depends on the stage of engagement, the nature of the work, and the specific terms agreed during project confirmation.

Consultation stage

Initial enquiries and project discussions are typically handled before any formal commercial engagement begins. No refund context applies until a paid scope or milestone arrangement has been agreed.

Project-based work

For paid software, design, or documentation services, work is usually structured around milestones, scope approvals, and delivery phases. Refunds are therefore evaluated against the work already initiated or completed.

Completed or approved work

Work that has already been delivered, reviewed, approved, or substantially completed may not be eligible for refund. This is especially relevant for strategy, documentation, design, and custom implementation effort.

Cancellation review

If an engagement needs to be cancelled, Sokha Software Solutions will review the stage of work, time invested, and documented scope status before determining any partial refund position.

Custom agreement priority

Where a proposal, contract, or milestone agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, that document takes priority over this general website policy.
